HOW LONG WE KEEP OF YOUR DATA

Data regarding you, collected and processed in the context of the “Contact us” section or other similar section will only be kept for the length of the processing of your request. It will then be destroyed.

Data regarding your orders will, in theory, be kept by SOVEX for a period which does not exceed the applicable legal statute of limitations. Upon closure of your account, this Data will be archived for accounting and evidentiary purposes during the mentioned limitation periods or will be destroyed if these periods have expired.

Your banking Data will be kept in a secure manner for the necessary time to validate your order and payment and will then be immediately destroyed. In case of a payment incident, your Data will be kept for the length of the management of the incident, then for a period of three (3) to five (5) years depending on the gravity of the incident.
